Our first physical conference, UGMUN 2025 took place from 18-20 November at Canberra Secondary School, hosting over 140 delegates in 4 committees: the Berlin Conference, G20, WTO, and DISEC. We were glad to invite Assistant Professor Walter Edgar Theseira as our Guest-of-Honour, presenting on "Melos, Model UN, and Parliament". Our conference theme, “Audere est Facere — To dare is to do” embodies the vision for delegates to step out of their comfort zone, embrace boldness, and actively develop solutions to our world’s complex challenges. Notably, UGMUN 2025 successfully enshrined the conference in the Singapore MUN circuit through engaging with countless youths and partners, a monumental achievement for this budding organisation.
